However, accelerated cleaning can be achieved by heating to 150 F. P&ER is safe for use with equipment constructed of polyethylene and polypropylene.

Screenpro P&ER can be wiped on with a cloth or applied directly to the surface being cleaned with a spray bottle. Allow it to soak for 45 to 90 seconds, then rinse with a water spray or wipe with a damp cloth. For production cleaning, a Screenpro Auto Washer, wash out sink or dip tank is available.

Although human patch tests indicate the material is mild to the skin, repeated or prolonged skin contact should be avoided. We strongly recommend the use of gloves and safety glasses while using this product. It is a severe eye irritant and should not be ingested. Inhalation tests indicate no special hazard. Normal good practices for handling all chemicals to avoid unnecessary exposure should be followed.

Cover all other nearby painted or finished surfaces with heavy paper or cardboard. Accidental spillage or spraying will result in stripped or marred surfaces.

P&ER is shipped in 55 gal. (460 lb) drums and 4 gallon cases.

P&ER is a stable compound but it is dygroscopic. Therefore, shipping and storage containers should be stored in a dry area, sheltered from the weather, between 50 and 90 F. Some discoloration may occur with long term storage. Shelf life is 6 months.

P&ER is drain safe out of the bottle. When combined with toxic products it is no longer drain safe and must be disposed of as hazardous waste. Screenpro Washers recycle and filter, eliminating the disposal of contaminated cleaner.
