bearings (motor and contact wheel) are sealed for life

starter with overload and undervoltage protection
- Belt tracking
knob for centering or tracking the abrasive belt
- Swivel lock
for swivel adjustment, left or right. Lockable at any point
- Pivot lock
for pivot adjustment, up or down. Lockable at any point

swivel lock may be used independently or in combination
- Belt tension
lock is used to lock out the belt tensioning spring action within the tube
when changing abrasive belts
The Screenpro
O.D. Tube & Pipe Surfacer will sand or
polish cylinders and other round parts from 4" to 18" in diameter.
Tubes rotate and travel laterally under the contact wheel providing a continuous,
centerless, professional-quality finish. Built for a variety of applications
requiring the light brushing, deburring, sanding or Scotch Brightning of
various rounded or cylindrical materials of any length.
